This dynamic role gives you the ability to work with the latest and greatest technologies at a Fortune 250 company!   

In this role you’ll leverage best-in-class Observability tooling to help empower customers with key visibility/insight into their applications, processes, services and overall user experience (UX).   


You'll have the opportunity to:


drive improved systems reliability, availability, and performance across multi-faceted hosting environments (on-prem/Cloud/Hybrid) 

help enable engineering teams to get the best performance out of their applications and services while helping them overcome their most difficult challenges in performance monitoring

help support observability tooling that empowers engineering teams to detect anomalies based on data so they can make better informed decisions

identify gaps and additional needs in supported observability tooling, helping drive improvements

find/research anomalies and identify root cause of system failures 

collaborate across business areas and engineering teams to help identify and drive-out their observability needs  

tackle high-level challenges like supporting the tooling that will help drive the adoption of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices across the enterprise 


We're looking for someone with:

Math-related field or equivalent experience AND 

3+ years of technology experience and/or engineering experience 

Experience with Observability tooling, Application Performance Monitoring tooling and/or system performance monitoring tooling 

Configuration management, orchestration/automation tooling or scripting experience. 

Experience with creating easily consumable technical documentation 

What a successful candidate looks like: 

The ideal candidate is someone with a strong technical aptitude who has the desire and ability to learn new technologies and an ability to communicate effectively with other areas across the organization 

Experience working with monitoring/observability tooling (Dynatrace, CloudWatch, Grafana, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, etc…) 

Organizational awareness of the technology landscape across the enterprise 

Ability to identify and lead opportunities to build automation that scales 

Ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing environment 

Ability to be persistent in the face of roadblocks 

Embraces the Agile/Scrum framework 

Preferred technical experience: 

Proven experience engineering, implementing, and supporting applications in a distributed environment 

Familiarity with Python, Ansible, Terraform  

Experience with Linux OS 

Salary Range Information:

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Salary Range:
