Are you a skilled and creative recruiter, capable of attracting and hiring talent in the most challenging labor markets? 



 



We are seeking a Recruiter / Staffing Specialist to source and hire non-exempt / hourly candidates that will help the Seniors segment meet their business objectives and growth goals. This is a remote position with a preference for candidates who reside in the Eastern Time Zone.



 



In this role, you will source and recruit for hourly food service, culinary and housekeeping roles. You will partner with operational and human resource leaders to learn their business objectives, growth strategies, and hiring needs. You will provide insight into the labor market, influencing with data and leveraging recruiting technology.  



 



Our ideal candidate will be a talent advisor and subject matter expert. You will use your strong communication, organizational skills and technical knowledge of high-volume recruiting, and provide exceptional customer service to our candidates and business partners. 



 



 Responsibilities:



Work closely with all hiring managers to execute the full life-cycle recruiting process



Source, screen and engage passive and active candidates



Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and strategies to find, connect and recruit top talent



Cultivate a robust network of potential candidates through pro-active market research, events, and community relationships



Preferred Skills and Experience:



2+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience



Experience in staffing / high-volume recruiting for hourly positions



Proficient with common recruiting technologies and tools



Experience working collaboratively with team members and fostering strong partnerships with hiring managers



Adherence to applicable vaccination and booster requirements for seniors facilities and our client organizations

Compensation $60,000 – $70,000+ depending on experience and geography    



Position Summary:

Evaluates and manages dispatch team performance and trends in accomplishing various objectives, prepares reports on the results of specific activities, and initiates corrective actions to resolve undesirable variances in performance.



Performs needs analysis for placement and scheduling based on business trends and operational input.



Processes and manages weekly employee status reports.

Works with Operations, Claims, and HR to clear employee holds.



Oversees scheduling of all employee certification’s, drug tests, yearly physicals, and biannual functionals.



Manages and tracks employee referral program.

Works in conjunction with payroll to process and review time sheets on the weekly basis.



Maintain employee staffing pool.



Coordinates termination meetings between operations and employee relations personnel.



Communicates all staffing needs with recruitment.



Ensures staffing levels on all rigs are maintained based on client guidelines.



Ensure client certification compliances are met by Sodexo staff.



Identifies, develops and recommends the revision of internal standards, policies, operating procedures and new programs to improve efficiency and provide staff with clear and concise written guidelines.



Qualifications & Requirements:

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience



Basic Functional Experience – 3 years
