The vacant position is an Account Manager, where you will work with established long-lasting clients, and new business prospects with no hard sales involved, all the people you speak with have enquired via a specialised portal, all you have to do is engage! You will be managing medium to multi-million-pound accounts that need quotations and support around the right products.

As an Account Manager you will be working in the dedicated team of 7, surrounded by individuals with bags of knowledge and experience that can help guide you, whilst also having full in-depth training around the unique products that you would supply to your clientele.

This a great opportunity for someone to establish a great career, with no experience needed, you just have to be a confident communicator, with experience either face to face or over the phone when talking to customers.

Starting Salary: £22,000 - £24,000

What does this Account Manager role entail?

Maintain and grow existing accounts pitching the markets leading products

Identify and establish a need from lapsed customer accounts, re-introducing and highlighting product opportunities

Generate, provide and follow up customer quotes for solutions

Consult with customers in selling and supporting the products and services

Identify cross selling opportunities

Participate in monthly meetings to build your client base and increase your profits (and commission)

Attend relevant product training

Effectively work in tandem with the sales support teams, managing a proactive and effective relationship

Previous career exposure and skills required for this Account Manager opportunity:

A confident communicator, able to quickly build and develop rapport with clients or customers

A hunger and a willingness to grow and improve

Passion, this is a role providing excellent career progression so why not take it?

Previous administration experience working from mailboxes and logging customer notes

Negotiation skills are advantageous however not essential
