Development and progression, with the Directors, even progressing from an operational role! As Sales Manager, you’ll use your business development background to identify key markets, generate sales opportunities, and deliver growth of a new product category. You’ll need to have experience in a consultative, project lead / technical sales environment, specialising in large order values, in ideally both sales and contract hire.
Other Information
A basic salary of up to 40k, maybe a little more for the right person
10% bonus, with opportunities to earn more once GP has been achieved.
Company car or cash allowance
40hrs per week – Permanent
Office located in West Lothian, and flexibility to travel within Scotland needed
Laptop and phone provided. This position would suit a Field Sales Executive, Key Account Manager or Business Development Manager with a proven track record of developing sales strategies
