Analyse and identify training gaps
Analyse, design and develop and implement
Previous Experience within training development
Strong communication skills
Strong multitasker
Self-motivated
Ability to work within a team or independently
Training or educational experience
Good IT skills (Office suite)
Nuclear understanding - desirable
Experience holding training within groups
