Azure Cloud Automation Engineer - PowerShell/IoC Terraform - 12 month contract opportunity requiring profound PowerShell knowledge for a globally operating Basel based company in the financial sector.
Your tasks:
- Deploying and maintaining key Azure infrastructure services like virtual networks, storage, compute services, DNS, VPN and Firewall
- Applying SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS services to implement enterprise infrastructure solutions in the public cloud
- Contributing to the replacement of manual effort with Infrastructure-as-Code
- Creating scalable, available, fault-tolerant, and reliable services on the Cloud with Azure DevOps and Terraform
- Using Agile and DevOps practices within Infrastructure and Operations
Your experience/knowledge:
- 3+ years practical experience in implementing Azure infrastructure for enterprise customers
- Expert level knowledge of automation tools and frameworks
- Well-versed with Infrastructure and Configuration as Code using Terraform
- A thorough understanding of core Azure infrastructure especially Azure IaaS and PaaS services
- Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies
- English, fluent in written and spoken; German, French, Italian or Spanish skills would be an advantage

- Pragmatic problem-solver and quick learner with excellent analytical abilities
- Competency of taking ownership when achieving assigned objectives
