Your new company
The key objective of the role is to support the Ireland HR Team, Hr Governance, Professional Services and Advisory organisational. You will provide logistic support through centralised co-ordination at a regional and legal entity level. The bank has a presence in 21 countries with 9,000 employees with 2,200 employees located in Dublin.
Your new role
You will provide general administration duties for the Ireland HR Team. You will develop strong working relationships with local and regional Centre of Expertise Teams to help ensure the efficient delivery of end to end processes to clients and employees. You will need to understand and proactively manage risk and compliance across all areas of work. Prepare updates and ensure all reporting and communication adheres to the client policies.
What you'll need to succeed
A background in HR or Recruitment. You will need to be able to deliver in a fast-paced organisational environment. Highly Numerate and literal with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have to be resilient under pressure and have a great attention to detail. Experience in a similar multinational, global organisation culture would be desirable.
