Your Role
The IAM Manager will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for access provisioning, governance, and administrative needs across the organization. This role will advise the Head of Identity and Access Management and IT leadership on best practices and solutions available to implement the companies Consumer Products IAM strategy and adhere to the relevant policy and compliance requirements. The candidate will work on leading and expanding the adoption of corporate standard IGA solutions such as Saviynt. The candidate will promote a centralized access management architecture within RCP as well as present automation of provisioning and governance for current and newly integrated applications, Servers, databases, etc. Ensure that business partners, contractors and employees have the right access to the right systems at the right times for the right reasons.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and deploying IAM/IGA solutions in an enterprise environment
- Create, maintain, and enforce policies and procedures to ensure effective provisioning, de-provisioning, and entitlements of all identities; suggest and implement continuous improvement and automation opportunities
- Partner with key stakeholders to develop requirements to design and implement compelling IAM solutions aligning to corporate strategic goals
- Managing end to end delivery of projects with hands on involvement in the development and configuration of products around IAM
- Advance IAM and Digital Technology security posture, reduce risk and impact profile, implement effective and modern security controls

We need you to have:
- 5-8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- 3+ years of experience working with any of these tools: Saviynt, Sailpoint, Forgerock or equivalent tool experience
- Expert knowledge in core IAM Domains: Identity Governance and Administration, Privileged Access Management, Authentication, Authorization, Identity Lifecycle Management
- Extensive hands-on experience with IAM technologies, standards and practices (eg LDAP, x509, Kerberos, RBAC, Privileged Access Management, Radius, SAML, OAuth2, OpenID connect, Multi-factor Authentication, Single-sign-on)
- Extensive hands-on expertise with Active Directory, group policy management, and operating multiple federation technologies (ie ADFS, Ping, Okta, Azure AD, AWS IAM)
- Strong development skills - Java, API development, Powershell
- Mid-level SQL skills
- Familiarity with SAP GRC
- Exceptional ability to assess and communicate information security concepts and practices, with both business and IT stakeholders
