Salary: $110k-$125k + Bonus

Location: McLean, VA

Hybrid role: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote

A prestigious Fortune 500 company is seeking a Senior Project/Change Management professional experienced with Operational Execution, Change Management, SAS, and SQL. Preferred candidates will have a background in Project Management, Business/Data Analysis in large financial institutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• 5-7+ years of experience
• Previous Change Management experience required
• Previous Operations background required
• SAS/SQL experience required
• Proficiency with MS Office applications
• Previous Consulting background preferred
• Business Analysis/PMP or other certification preferred

Responsibilities

• This team is responsible for operational execution and change management responsibilities associated with the Trust Account.
• Streamline operations and reduce risk in the Business Area while executing with a Change mindset
• Coordination of several deliverables to meet divisional objectives.
• Execution of change management responsibilities as it relates to our Business Area.

• Develop updated procedures and process flows
• Execute Change Management oriented responsibilities
• Support baseline operations as needed
