Senior Digital Design Manager

Our client, a global Semiconductor company is seeking a Senior Digital Design Manager to join them in Hamburg.

As Senior Digital Design Manager you will manage around 35 Engineers across different sites and drive product development, comprising architecture, RTL design, verification, DFT and layout. You will be responsible for the management of the expert IC design team with special focus on RF-SoC integration and Signal processing. The Senior Digital Design Manager will work with the global R&D HW management team to deploy best practices with continuous learning and innovation, working in close cooperation with the SW team complementing the SoC design.

We are looking for an experienced Digital Design Manager with the following profile:

• 15 to 20 years of overall experience related to Digital IC / ASIC development
• A number of years' management experience
• A good track record of leading high performance hardware design teams in advanced technologies (28nm CMOS and smaller)

• Deep knowledge of all phases from architecture specification to final silicon validation
• Experience working in the automotive domain would be a plus
