HR Manager 18 month interim role.

We are seeking a HR manager to work within a rail engineering company based in Leeds, some hybrid working allowed.

• Working for a growing rail engineering company.
• Provide recruitment support across offices
• Development of HR processes and policies
• Implementing appraisal programmes with senior managers/ directors
• Provide reports of HR company policies and KPI's to directors
• Supervision of a HR administrator and support of a HR Consultant
• CIPD qualified level 5 or excellent work experience
