We are currently supporting a key client of ours in search for a Process Improvement expert who could deep dive into processes across most areas of the business and improve them.

Start: ASAP

End: End of 2022 initially

Role/responsibilities:

. maintain IT&Data core processes reflecting the key updates in the organization and objectives

. publish process updates and engage the IT community on new processes

. ensure the correct usage across IT platforms and countries

. drive continuous process improvements through automation and analytics

. strong knowledge of process design and continuous improvement methodology

. expert in process improvement methodology (lean management, six sigma, kaizen)

. minimum 5 years' experience in Information Technology or related field

. strong understanding of ITIL V4 framework policies
