Senior Software Engineer

Senior Software Engineer - Netherlands - Hybrid - Freelance

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a seasoned Senior Software Engineer to join our client in the consumer goods market.

Key responsibilities

• Provides technical expertise to enable the configuration of software, other system components and equipment for systems testing.
• Produces test scripts, materials and regression test packs to test new and amended software or services.
• Develops and maintains specialist knowledge of database and data warehouse concepts, design principles, architectures, software and facilities.
• Designs, codes, verifies, tests, documents, amends and refactors complex programs/scripts and integration software services.

The Senior Software Engineer should have the following skill set:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT as a Software Engineer, with a focus on optimal solutions to complex problems
• You have good experience in project leadership, project management and good knowledge of IT service processes
• Strong JAVA engineer familiar with SpringBoot.
• Familiarity with microservices approach and the JavaScript ecosystem
• Managed critical elements and cross functional and regional projects

Start date: July 2022

Type of contract: 6 months

Location: - The Netherlands

Rate: Depending on experience
