Onsite Supporter (f/m/d)

For a project at our clients site in Zurich, we are looking for an

Onsite Supporter (f/m/d)

Your Skills:

• Min. 5-7 years of technical IT Support/troubleshooting within a business environment
• High level of analytical ability where problems are unusual or di ff cult
• High level of interpersonal skills used to work effectively with others, motivate employees, and elicit work output
• Windows and Mac PC HW and Software Support
• General LAN/Wan network experience
• Executive and staff support with technical issues as needed (phone, PC, Wifi, Video conferences, etc).
• Knowledgeable of MAC builds (iOS)
• HP certified on HP commercial desktop, notebook, and Workstation products
• Dell certi fi ed to dispatch warranty parts
• CompTIA A+ certification highly recommended
• Automotive experience is preferred
• Fluent in German and English
