SAP S/4 BW Engineer

* SAP BW Engineer - 6 months + extensions - Hybrid.*

For one of our international clients based in Switzerland, RED now has a new opportunity for an SAP BW Engineer to start an initial 6-month contract with likely extensions. The opportunity will require frequent travel on site in Switzerland.

(Please note: This opportunity falls inside IR35 for UK candidates. EU Passport/VISA required, candidates located outside of Europe should not apply for this role.)

Desired skills:

• You will support colleagues from different departments (business and IT) in the creation and further development of future-oriented analytics solutions and applications with SAP BW (BW/4HANA, BW on HANA).
• Several years of extensive technical and methodological knowledge and practical experience in the development of solutions with SAP BW/4HANA and BW on HANA.
• You have basic knowledge of common analytics architectures and solutions and are open to new approaches.
• Your knowledge of German is very good and you can easily communicate in English.
• Your experience ideally includes HANA Native developments, SQL and the SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Your experience in the hybrid SAP - nonSAP environment is an advantage.
• You also have expertise in using Microsoft Azure and Snowflake in cross-platform scenarios.
