Change Management Operations Analyst

*This position is a hybrid work schedule, requiring 3 days in the office (Tues/Wed/Thurs) and 2 days remote, position is Bonus eligible*

Prestigious Enterprise Company is currently seeking an Operations Change Management Analyst. Candidate will be responsible for operational execution and change management responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Streamline operations and reduce risk in the Business Area while executing with a Change mindset
• Coordination of several deliverables to meet divisional objectives.
• Execution of change management responsibilities as it relates to our Business Area.

Your Impact:

• Ensure our stakeholders are accurately informed
• Develop and manage resolutions to Business Area related problems
• Develop updated procedures and process flows
• Execute Change Management oriented responsibilities
• Support baseline operations as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business or related field

5-7+ years of experience

Previous Operations background required

Previous Consulting background preferred

Proficiency with MS Office applications

Business Analysis/PMP or other certification preferred

Previous Change Management experience required

SAS/SQL experience preferred
