Software Engineer (C#/.Net)

My client is one of the largest financial organisations in The Netherlands and is currently looking for a talented software engineer with knowledge of developing C# & .NET applications to join an ambitious team. You will be working on a fantastic project on an initial 12-month contract with the likelihood of extensions.

To be considered for this software engineer role, you must have the following:

Skills & Experience:

Core Skills (7 or more years' experience):

• Knowledge of and experience with developing C# applications (pref. .NET Core or higher);
• Knowledge of and experience with designing and developing web API's;
• Knowledge of and experience with Azure DevOps;
• Experience in international IT projects (English speak and write);

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of and experience with Azure: websites, key vault, application insights, data factories;
• Knowledge of and experience with design and build of MS SQL Server database;
• Knowledge of and experience with Financial Restructuring & Recovery (FR&R) application;
• Knowledge of and experience with the finance and risk domain;
• Knowledge of and experience with regulatory requirements, especially regarding financial risk.
