What you'll be working on
In the role of Business Process Specialist, you will be working on planning supporting and executing high-impact plans to maximise efficiency and resources and improve the customer experience. You will use your superior analytical skills and process management skills to develop an exhaustive process improvement plan. You will have to support and implement new processes by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and Project owners. You will be responsible for providing reports and KPIs frequently to measure projects' progress.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in your new role, you will need to have around 5 years of experience in Operations and organizational and process improvement and have a third-level qualification in Business or other relevant fields. Experience in deployment of Quality and Performance Management tools is essential and also with excellent working knowledge of MS Office tools (including Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Access, and MS Project). Project Management, communication, analytical skills, and service focus are fundamental and some transformation and change management experience is desirable. Six sigma/lean qualification preferable, but not essential.
