Role: Front End Engineer

Location: Diegem, Belgium

Onsite/remote: Hybrid working model - 2-3 days a week office based

Start date: ASAP

End date: 31/12/2022

Rate: flexible depending on years of experience and skill set

An opportunity for a Front End Engineer working in the airline and road transportation industry.

Within this role you will build user friendly web and mobile applications using modern Front End frameworks. Working alongside other Front End developers and Back End developers.

If you have the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment. Completing tasks to a deadline with a inquisitive and analytical mind this jobs could be for you!

From this role you wont just develop your professional and technical experience but form and develop good working relationship with internal contacts and develop your teamwork skills - contributing actively, both in practical terms and by promoting shared values, working both independently and as a team.

As a team you will be communicating in Dutch and English!

Technical skills that will help you in this role:

• HTML5 expertise, writing cross browser compatible code
• Experience in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Programming experience with Front End framework Angular
• Style sheet languages CSS and SCSS
• Experience with NodeJS, including Angular CLI
• Familiarity with REST, JSON, API contract specification
• Familiarity with Git/Bitbucket

Any experience with Mobile developer (ie iOS, Android, WinJS, React Native) and experience with UI/UX Design is an additional bonus, but not a requirement!
