IT Team Leader
We are looking to recruit an experienced IT Team Leader to lead the operational service for our Guidewire Policy Center application. The successful candidate will lead and oversee internal resources, taking online management responsibilities as well as working closely with our Third-Party partners, maintaining the operability of the service.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a new team within a well-established and highly regarded organisation. The role therefore requires strong people management experience, along with a proven track record of leading highly connected teams using an agile framework to deliver outstanding service.

Ideal experience:
- Experience of managing a team to deliver the required service to end-users, ideally using an Agile Framework.
- A broad knowledge of IT; systems and processes.
- The ability to demonstrate experience of Service Management, including KPIs, incident and problem handling, risk and issue management as well as prioritisation of critical service/maintenance tasks.
- Experience of recruiting, building and motivating new teams that demonstrate strong engagement and Customer focus.
- An Information Technology related degree, or equivalent industry experience
- Evidence of leading automation initiatives within an organisation
- Evidence of working with ITSM tools to reduce overall service desk demand
- Meaningful relevant and demonstrable experience in managing teams/projects in an IT environment
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (desirable).
