What we are looking for:

Digital-First Marketing leader with significant experience leading performance and data-driven marketing for high growth enterprise businesses
Expertise in assessing marketing maturity and growth opportunities, re-defining consumer segmentation and activation plans, designing and implementing test-and-learn experiments to measure and validate return on marketing investment across digital and traditional channels, and transferring capabilities to client marketing organizations and their executing partners
Strong knowledge of technologies associated with the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns (eg Google Marketing Platform - Analytics, Search Ads, Display & Video, Facebook Business Manager, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, other DMP/CDP, etc.)
Deep understanding around the full spectrum of marketing activities for Enterprises: performance marketing strategy, financial planning, and budgeting, digital experience design, campaign execution, analysis, and reporting

What you will do:

Support the Business Development of Data Driven Marketing opportunities:
Support development of proposal materials and provide on-ground content expertise in conversations with clients, proactively identify opportunities across BUs
Contributes to the development of IP beyond the delivery of recommendations on Client engagements
Stay informed of industry trends, emerging channels, and competition; track marketplace developments and make recommendations related to regulatory, sales, marketing, social media, CRM, SEO/SEM, technology, new digital products & solutions.

Execution of Digital Marketing related assignments:
Collaborate with client leaders and bring deep marketing strategy and execution expertise to the team
Support projects, especially those with need for deep and hands-on approach, as an individual contributor on a marketing or personalization topic, or as an advisor to the overall project
Ensures high quality of work, and relevance of the strategic and operational recommendations
Enable client's in-house teams on the understanding of usage and benefits of data-driven marketing execution
Helps assess overall costs and efforts associated with enablement and implementation of new marketing capabilities to our clients
