Our client has an exciting new role for a Global Payroll Analyst to join the team and help to deliver exceptional service for our global clients.

This role would suit a candidate with detailed knowledge of UK payroll processing and/or international payroll experience.

The Global Payroll Analyst will be responsible for specific global clients, working with both the client's teams as well as our local offices to:

Process payrolls for global payroll clients and provide support to the Service Delivery team to deliver a service to our clients which meets the Global Payroll Services standards and practices.
Communicate with our offices around the world in ensuring that the payrolls are accurately prepared according to the client specifications
Ensure we adhere to the terms and conditions of the client contract(s). Deliver award winning client service while meeting all clients contracted SLA performance standards. Identify and develop ideas which will drive process efficiencies and deliver cost savings as well as reduce risk for the client. Support with providing metrics and SLAs monthly

This will also involve ensuring that processes and deliverables are properly documented and monitored on an ongoing basis.

The candidate should be deadline driven, organised, methodical and efficient with an eye for detail and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

Handle routine and non-routine customer queries regarding payroll and HR related issues. This will include liaising with both internal and external contacts e.g. the Payroll Senior, Client
Manage, service and deliver clients' payrolls to agreed deadlines.
Using the payroll consolidation tool, validate input and output to source data
Check inputted data and make all relevant corrections before the live run
Review issue logs on a weekly basis and provide project reports

You'll be someone with:

Previous experience in a payroll environment providing payroll support.
Working knowledge of payroll legislation procedures within the UK
GCSE English at grade C or above, or equivalent
Proficient in MS Office, Excel in particular
Ability to plan and prioritise to meet deadlines
Good verbal and written communication
Demonstrated client relationship skills
