We are currently seeking a Customer Support Agent for either our Administrative office in Middlefield, Ohio or our Beachwood Branch in Beachwood, Ohio.
The Customer Support Agent is responsible for performing customer service activities including telephone and e-mail support activities. As a Customer Support Agent, you will greet customers; respond to inquiries; determine appropriate response or direction for the caller; promote various marketing campaigns; issue messages; and resolve problems within given authority. This also includes performing various operational background duties; processing account balance or transfer requests, stop payment orders, changes of address and other such customer requests. There will also be routine daily tasks such as; review reports, prepare correspondence; and participate in special department projects.
To be successful as a Customer Support Agent at Middlefield Bank:
- Experience in a call center environment; 2-3 years in financial services
- Experienced and knowledgeable in banking
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry skills
- Works with Integrity and Honesty in a team atmosphere
