Profile:

• 5+ years' experience in international recruitment, preferably in technical recruitment.
• Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting technical talent.
• Technical skills to conduct initial phone interview and assess against job description.
• Strong network of potential employees.
• Ability to understand and relate to the startup and engineering mindset.
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills and proficiency in English & German.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
• Passionate about self-driving cars and their impact on the world bonus points!
• Relationships with research departments at top engineering schools.
• Software development and/or technical background.
• Experience with Excel.
