Application support analyst SQL Oracle

Application support analyst vacancy requiring profound SQL and Oracle knowledge for a globally operating Zug based company in the commodity sector.

Your tasks:

• Testing new releases and patches, communicating arising issues
• Analysing problems and defects in application, log files and database
• Providing documentations of application and infrastructure for users, support and developers
• Engaging in daily stand-ups and sprint demos
• Installing, maintaining and upgrading windows application

Your experience/knowledge:

• Strong knowhow of relational databases and SQL
• Practical experience in Oracle environment
• Expertise working in international firms in regard to application support work
• Ability to coordinate and communicate with different stakeholders and drive for solution
