Building on an established and effective SEO function, they are developing their flagship brand to access new markets. This will be a blank canvas approach to SEO that will focus on organic traffic and increasing conversions while having a clear roadmap and technical backbone.
It's a blend of start-up mentality with the structure and investment of a successful medium-sized business.
They are looking for a mid-level technical SEO executive to join a close-knit E-commerce team that has won multiple industry awards for its digital platform and its innovations, centred around first-class customer experiences. The vacancy is live as of 12th May 2022.
To be considered for an interview you'll have up to date experience in these areas:
- Creating and implementing SEO work to increase volume and quality of traffic through optimised eCommerce websites
- Good analytics knowledge, using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog
- Able to produce SEO and SEM reports for non-technical stakeholders
- Able to support the wider business whose work touches on SEO, such as content and merchandising
You'll enjoy learning and developing yourself as new Search Engine Marketing and Optimisation tools and technologies come to market; keen to help your employer adopt these appropriately to improve their SEO performance.
They work on a hybrid basis - 2-3 days a week from home, and the remainder in their offices in Skelmersdale.
Salary is budgeted up to £30,000 - they can consider candidates at different stages in their career with this practical limitation in mind.
