Flint is actively looking for a Health & Safety SME.

Promote a positive EHS culture, Behavioural safety and raise awareness with suppliers and provide support to the overall EHS team and respond to any questions and escalations

Reviewing and advising on EHS risks, developing a strong EHS business culture with Suppliers and to ensure controls are in place to Monitor EHS performance

Must be diligent and committed striving to identify and help improve EHS performance

Able to plan works and focus on priority areas and produce evidence-based findings in a way that clearly explains the benefits of taking action

Ensuring contractual and legal compliance is understood and maintained on site

Provide onsite coaching and give toolbox talks where required

You will work with suppliers to advise on EHS policy matters, provide clear feedback on non-conformances and advise on key improvements.

Share best practice to assist in the continuous improvement of the suppliers processes and systems.

Experienced EHS professional with experience of knowledge of Mobile Telecoms sites and Working at Heights

Produce written reports detailing findings, trend analysis and recommendations.

Willingness to Travel UK Wide and stay away from home when required

Hold a UK driving Licence
