Compliance Operations Manager

Compliance/Operations Manager for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.

Your tasks:

• Analysing reports of the company's clients invested in certain products and clarifying the status of clients from internal sources
• Agreeing the scope of client information to be disclosed with compliance and legal functions
• Disclosing agreed client information as well as keeping track of and documenting disclosure cases
• Supporting continuous improvement of business process and tools to achieve objectives

Your experience/knowledge:

• Knowledgeable regarding client confidentiality
• Comfortable at following business processes and documentation requirements
• Ability to contribute to continuous process improvements

Your soft skills:

• Diligent, trustworthy and detail-oriented personality
• Sound communication and negotiation skills
