Overview of contract

On behalf of our client, a leading financial services institution in Zürich, we are looking for a Power BI Report Developer to design, develop and implement reports & dashboards that support Risk Management and Risk Management IT

This is a 6 month contract based in Zurich

Main responsibilities

• Design, development and implement reports & dashboards in Power BI
• Define data requirements and business rules, perform logical and physical Datamodelling as well as Data integration together with the respective subject matter experts.

Your skills:

• 2 -4 years' experience with Power BI and data integration
• Experience in extracting data from Azure DevOps Projects and combining it in visualization tools such as Power BI
• Experience in working with datasets stemming from different sources (Azure DevOps, Excel, SharePoint etc.)
• Experience in developing logical/physical data models for operational reports & dashboards in a way that they can easily be maintained and enhanced
• Understanding of data integration issues (validation and cleaning), familiarity with complex data and structures, interest in understanding the process end-to-end
• Ability to visualize data in a meaningful and intuitive manner
• Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently and in agile environment; demonstrate initiative, analytical and curious mindset
