Workspace Engineer, Ivanti, Citrix Suite, 3rd and 4th line, Dutch, contract, Netherlands, Amersfoort
Working for a leading telecommunications and IT provider in the Netherlands; You will be involved in the Management and project work for their IT Services. The employee will work with CAMCUBE services and includes activities such as resolving 3rd and 4th line incidents, Delivery of new Vdisks and performing health checks on their environments.
Key Skills/Requirements:
- 8+ years experience in a similar position
- Knowledge and experience with Ivanti and the Citrix Suite
- Experience with Windows 10, Imprivata and powershell is a plus
- Dutch speaking and writing is essential
- HBO work/thinking level
Results of your work include tickets on the 3rd and 4th line being resolved, satisfied customers and colleagues and the platform is up to date regarding service releases.
