Project Manager - Business & IT Change - Global Brand - Hatfield - £50,000 - £55,000

One of the world's most-known manufacturers now requires a Project Manager with a strong background in IT (Infrastructure OR Development) and experience in Change Management.

Working with the PMO team, you will be ensuring the improvements of their Project Process are followed during the Project Management Cycle.

Other Key Responsibilities include:

Defining Project's Objectives, Scope, and Requirements via Testing, Implementation & Service Transition Managing Stakeholders across the Business

Accountability for milestone tracking, critical success factors, and resource allocation

Risk/issue/constraints management

Working with IT to manage and deliver system developments and IT functional changes

Weekly and Monthly Reporting

Organise and facilitate key meetings with business and IT Teams

Work closely within PMO to improve project management processes

Define clear training and communication plans for projects.

The ideal Project Manager will have the following skills/experience:

Proven experience as a Project Manager (ideally 3+ Years)

Proven experience in Change Management

Strong Background in IT Infrastructure or Development

Previous Exposure to Agile and Waterfall Environments

Managed Projects with Budgets up to £300k

Strong Stakeholder Management and Interpersonal Skills

PRINCE2 qualified

This role will be flexibly based on their Hatfield HQ (50/50 office: remote split).
