Senior Program Manager - 12months + - United States - Remote (EST)

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an experienced Program Manager ready to take on their next challenge with one of our clients in the Consumer Goods market. The project will be fully remote for the entirety of the contract.

Our client is looking for a Senior Program Manager to drive execution of key deliverables for the Integrated Dynamic Planning (IDP) projects from the IS Project Management Office (PMO). This project is comprised of 3 phases with this role being responsible for Phase 3. This being the implementation of an end-to-end supply planning solution. The role will also provide Program Management oversight of the Project Manager for Phase 2 (Existing Supply Chain enhancements). Working with Sr. Leadership and Subject Matter Experts, this role will be responsible for designing project plans to ensure completion of key responsibilities by the respective deadlines. This role will ensure clarity of timelines for key milestones, monitor the progress of the project, raise areas of concern for review, and ensure effective facilitation of key meetings.

Senior Program Manager (IDP) requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Program Management required
  • Preference for food, food-related or consumer package goods experience
  • Preference for experience in Supply Chain Planning
  • Requires strong project management expertise including organizing, scheduling, prioritising, tracking, and monitoring multiple workstreams and the broader strategic project
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to rally the team around a vision for the project
  • Expertise in managing program budget
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills with the ability to develop multiple solutions to an issue and make valid recommendations for resolution
  • Superior communication skills - verbal and written
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and outcomes
  • Ability to successfully deliver results under pressure
  • Ability to understand and support the execution of processes and workstreams across a variety of functional areas
  • Expertise with MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work flexible hours

Contract Details

Start date: ASAP (Flexible)

Duration: 12months + initial contract

Rate: Competitive

Location: United States (Remote)

Contract Type: Ability to work on W2, C2C or 1099
