Harvey Nash have a fantastic opportunity for a Full Stack Engineer to secure a new permanent position with a start up organisation based in Amsterdam. As such we are looking for someone who is keen to relocate to Amsterdam for this opportunity as our client would like successful candidate to be on site. Our client is an early stage privately funded start-up who are building a multi channel platform and this is a unique opportunity to be involved in bringing a revolutionary product to the market and grow with the company and product.

We are on the lookout for a Full Stack Engineer whose responsibilities will be
. Building the Front End app following our UX design.
. Develop and manage a well-functioning codebase and elegant architecture.
. Write effective APIs.
. Collaborate as part of a remote development team.
. Implement effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.
. Run diagnostic tests, repair defects, and provide technical leadership to junior resources and on top of the drive and commitment to relocate and be on site in the Netherlands

we are looking for you to have
. 3-5 years professional development working experience.
. Strong proficiency in NodeJS and JavaScript including REST services and microservices.
. 3-years project experience on NodeJS frameworks like Express.JS.
. Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases and web Servers.
. Experience of building web applications using technologies like HTML5, CSS3 and React.
. Experience of developing cloud-based platforms or applications.
. Experience writing unit/integration tests (Mocha, Chai, Jest)
