Our agency is responsible for 139 housing units over 3 separate properties in the Point Pleasant area.
This job requires a basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical and painting.
Any certifications or licenses are a plus.
Must have a knowledge of computers, smart phones and have a valid drivers license.
This is a full time, 40 hour a week position with required on call after hours work on a rotating basis.

Salary is negotiable, based on skill and experience.
