Job Description: Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to accounting matters. Perform weekly accounts receivable collection communications. Scheduling appointments and organize office supplies, orders, etc. Responsible for confidential and time-sensitive materials. Providing timely and professional written and verbal responses to customer requests. Monitoring incoming mail, sending and receiving correspondence, as well as greeting clients and customers. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the office, support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Other duties as needed. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Generally prefer 2-3 years of experience. Detail oriented and organized. Advanced ability to multi-task, solid computer and communication skills. Ability to accomplish task in a timely manner. High energy and ambitious team player. Bilingual In English and Spanish.
