The Assistant Vice President of Private Equity Fund Accounting will be responsible for: * Managing functions and assignments delegated to the NY and Offshore teams * Managing the quarterly close processes and reviewing work papers related to internal reporting * Reviewing capital drawdowns, distributions and management fee calculations and billing statements * Reviewing waterfall calculations and performance metrics * Overseeing the preparation of quarterly and audited annual reports * Assisting in reviewing quarterly capital account statements and investor reporting * Engaging in technical accounting dialog with External Audit teams * Working with Technology teams to improve system functionality and validate enhancements * Working with the Internal Valuation team to ensure data completeness * Reviewing fund external compliance deliverables, such as Form PF and AIFMD * Assisting with special projects and internal ad hoc requests * 7+ years of experience with Public Accounting and/or Private Equity Fund Administration * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, and/or a related field * CPA or parts passed * Microsoft Office/Suite proficient (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) * Solid analytical, mathematical, and research skills * Great interpersonal skills * Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) * Strong attention to detail * Highly organized Desired Skills * Working knowledge of Investran
