You'll be managing a team who work with independent advertising agencies primarily in the South of the UK, growing existing agency revenues & developing new agency business. You'll manage the groups business workingwith regional sales and the group inventory team to create and manage effective Direct Response Campaigns What you'll be doing? * Subscription Optimised Response (SOR), is a global direct response product that allows access to inventory on a cost per lead basis for UK wide direct business, such as PPI re-claim. You'll be developing and managing existing SOR opportunities and clients across the UK and find new business that can fit the SOR model; * The role will include account / campaign management working with the regional teams and our inventory teams to ensure the campaigns are effective; * Develop a strategy to bring new non contracted Agencies (and clients) to Global across the South of the UK and implement the strategy with your team; * You'll be client facing with your team and individually responsible for generating new business * Understanding your clients is critical for you to develop long-term relationships to keep them coming back; * You'll work with a great back up team, putting together creative pitches using the latest technology to wow your clients with the full range of our products from on air and online ads to sponsorships and promotions; * It'll then be down to you to negotiate the right deal for both the client and us; * And finally you'll get the campaign up and running with support from the team * Straight talking and sincere * Love to Deliver * Obsessive about detail * Strive to do it differently * Definitely a full clean driving license and what about: - * Love to hit target every month. * Tech savvy, we have the latest technology that we'll make sure you can use, but it would be great if you have Apple and Saleforce knowledge already. * Brilliant organising skills so you get the most from your day. * Being good at listening and being just as good at asking questions to help clients think bigger. * Fabulous at networking with the great and good in your territory. * Spotting opportunities, and doing something about them. * Able to keep yourself motivated when you are out and about. * Being obsessive about the detail. * You can do the number crunching from forecasting your sales to counting your revenue.
