This hybrid role will be accountable for setting the strategy and direction for effective management of data and reporting. In addition, this individual will oversee the full life-cycle marketing strategy for the CoolSculpting brands by partnering with Upstream Strategic Marketing and Downstream Professional Marketing to bridge late stage product development to market execution. * Develop and drive the strategy for the Body Contouring data ecosystem that drives commercial insights and ensure consistency of data integrity across all marketing analytics platforms. * Manage, maintain, and optimize proprietary platform including analytics and data syncs between proprietary platform and all other systems. * Develop and ensure correct implementation of measurement plans for all marketing programs including attribution, media mix modeling, and individual program ROI * Develop and lead full life-cycle marketing strategy for the Coolsculpting brands by partnering with Upstream Strategic Marketing and Downstream Professional Marketing to bridge late stage product development to market execution. Includes aligning new indication/technology opportunities with existing commercial-stage assets * Lead diligence efforts in unlocking hidden growth opportunities; lead competitive defense planning against market entrants. * Minimum of seven years+ Marketing experience with preference in both upstream and downstream capacity * Strong analytical and quantitative background * Proven experience in bringing products to market Education: * BS/BA or equivalent in Business, preferably in marketing * MBA preferred
