Position Summary:

The Quality Analyst participates in all areas of the Quality function to support Mequon Manufacturing Operations. Prioritizes and plans activities to meet deadlines on multiple assignments. Works independently or with small teams to achieve goals.

Essential Functions

  • Participates in the coordination and execution of Mequon Operations Quality Management System. This includes training associates and support staff on requirements of ISO and ESD.
  • Works to insure process and procedures are controlled and accurate in reflecting the current process and meet expectations a defined in Rockwell and external (ISO) policy.
  • Provides leadership and coordination for internal and external audits. Recommends and participates in the corrective actions to resolve identified issues.
  • Prepares all quality metrics for Operations and Quality management. Works to maintain data integrity while simplifying and streamlining the flow of data quality throughout the facility.
  • Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of SAP Scrap, Stock Transfer Order, RMA, Rework Orders, CAPA and Quality Notification processes by following established processes.
  • Acts as an advocate for proactive improvement of the Quality Management System.
  • Professionally and proactively interfaces with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and others as needed. Exhibiting the ability to interface with appropriate levels in the organization.
  • Meets a quick turnaround by scheduling appropriate time to complete tasks to keep material flowing through the 0500 / 0700 areas.
  • Collaborate with PCA Team to ensure inventory accuracy and cycle counts.
  • Identifies product problems by being able to work with prints, BOMs and ECN systems.
  • Support Safety and RPS program initiatives.
  • May perform other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in an Engineering discipline.
  • 2+ years related experience
  • Must have strong communication skills. Must be well organized and self-motivated.

  • Must demonstrate good overall knowledge of facility products.

  • Must be strong in Excel. Experience in Microsoft Office, Acrobat, and SAP preferred.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
