Description
Position Summary

Support for the Life Time Construction Operations. Upholds the fulfillment of Life Time Fitness' Mission Statement & the divisional goal of being a premier design, build, developer of Life Time Fitness facilities.

Examples of Work Performed
  • Calendar management / Email Management
  • Arrange / Prepare Onboarding Training: Venue, Technology, Restaurant selection/Catering, Agenda, Attendee Communications, etc.
  • Expense Reports
  • Manage Travel Accommodations and Calendar as needed
  • Credit Card Allocations and Delivery of Statement
  • Time Cards
  • Organize, File and Maintain Office
  • Adept at writing and/or drafting routine correspondence, from ideas and concepts to finished document, for executive review and signature
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously; following-through on issues in a timely, accurate and thorough manner Impeccable ethics and discretion in handling sensitive and/or confidential information and material.
  • Composes and types letters, memos, correspondence and reports, including information regarding confidential matters
  • Creates graphs, tables, reports, meeting agendas, and presentations
  • Trains, develops, and ensures continuous growth through orientations, direction, and feedback
  • Managing Social Media Accounts on behalf of Life Time Construction Managing Content for Life Time Construction Website
  • Working cross functionally amongst divisions
  • Assist in creating/maintaining SOP's as it pertains to Life Time Construction
  • Supporting Life Time Construction marketing
  • Operations Manual - Process & Policy
  • Onboarding - Experience, Expectations & Execution
  • Assist in Training - Learning & Adaptability
  • Assist in Career Planning - Growth & Retention (Mentorship and Continued Education)

Minimum Qualifications
  • Education:
High School diploma or GED
Two-year college degree preferred

  • Experience:
Two years administrative experience in a corporate setting
Construction industry experience

  • Licenses / Certifications / Registration:
None required

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics

Ability to multi-task and learn quickly
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Knowledge of project management software
Knowledge of standard office procedures and computer software
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to effectively multi-task with tight deadlines independently and within a team environment
Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and recommend solutions
Ability to follow-through on deliverables and pay attention to details in the midst of multiple projects and deadlines
