Purpose Corporate Real Estate (CRE) is responsible for the active management of the global CRE Portfolio including transaction, all design and construction for offices, showrooms and DC's for adidas. This support the successfully implementation of "Creating the New" by supporting revenue growth, portfolio optimization and creating great workplaces to attract and retain top talent across the globe. To ensure a successful and sustainable Portfolio, CRE is collaborating with an extensive network of internal / external stakeholders and industry experts and providing value added service. In Partnership with Sr. Manager Workplace Concepts, this position will coordinate, support and present a clear, KPI driven global CRE operating model based on aligned and defined standards for construction and workplace concepts. The Manager Workplace Concepts is communications focused, and will play a key role in the delivery of workplace environments to adidas employees. Key Responsibilities Ownership of the creation and development of materials which communicate project scope, schedule, budget and the evolved workplace concepts and standards Present to and influence key stakeholders and senior level steering committees Support the development of global concepts for construction and space usage standards Support, coordinate and communicate the continuous improvement of the adidas future workplace concept via internal and external research and benchmarking Coordinate the alignment of the adidas workplace designs between CRE, the Brand, HR and internal key stakeholders Assist in communicating global workplace concepts, headcount, and space requirements for the local assigned projects to the global team Coordinate and support a smooth transition of the future workplace standards and concepts into adidas day to day business by strong collaboration with the project teams, HR and Global Workplaces (GWP) team In partnership with GWP, develop the change management approach for respective projects and ensure changes are smoothly and successfully implemented to achieve lasting benefits Key Relationships Corporate Real Estate Team Global Workplaces Team Internal Stakeholders (HR, Brand, IT, Finance) External designers, architects, consultants, project managers and contractors Workplace research Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong experience in developing content for presentations to key stakeholders and senior level steering committees Proven ability to create and maintain internal/external social media campaigns Experience with workplace design, concepts, standards and the workplace of the future Understanding of construction and interior design including related costs and schedule and their optimization Understanding of stakeholder alignment, change management and how to support this process Pro-active (engaging & Impact-oriented) mindset, ability to think end to end Comfortable in a matrix organization with a variety of stakeholders Self-motivated and has strong ability to take the initiative to achieve business goals Understanding of CAD, Design, PM software and Social Media tools Fluent English skills (Verbal and Written) Strong MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Minimum Qualifications Bachelors or university degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or related fields Intermediate experience with InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Web and SharePoint 5 years of project management experience in the Real Estate, Construction or Architecture field
