The Platinum Sales Manager (PSM) connects our Guests to the Topgolf brand by sharing the benefits of our premium levels of membership and by being the special point of contact for our valued monthly Members. The PSM's efforts are guided by the Director of Sales, with support from venue Operations Managers and Platinum Hosts and the Member Services Manager at Home Office.

Topgolf participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, track and follow-up on inside leads
  • Seek outreach opportunities to drive membership sales and increase brand awareness
  • Stay accountable to achieving membership revenue budgets
  • Be the point of contact to all of our monthly members
  • Assist Members in updating payment information as necessary
  • Communicate with the Member Services team at the Home Office on cancellations, billing issues and other issues as directed
  • Plan and execute four Member Appreciation events per year
  • Manage and train the Platinum host team
  • Maintain a presence in Guest Areas (approximately 30 hours per week (Tuesday-Saturday))
  • Provide additional reporting and analysis as required
  • Assist with special projects and other tasks as requested by the Director of Sales

Key Qualifications

  • 2+ years working as a sales professional
  • Preferred but not required, 2+ years Topgolf experience in sales or hospitality
  • Flexible schedule options, as this role will require a regular evening and weekend presence
  • High School Diploma minimum, Bachelors degree preferred
  • Ability to provide best in class salesmanship & hospitality
  • Excellent self-accountability, high personal standards of conduct and professionalism
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including phone etiquette
  • Strong problem-solving skills, follow up skills, analytical capabilities, and collaboration skills
  • Must have attention to detail, a commitment to quality and be results driven and guest focused
