Job Description

As the HRIS Super User, you will play an important role in the success of the NFL's newly launched HR systems, including Oracle HCM Cloud and Taleo. The HRIS Super User will be responsible for configuring and maintaining modules within the HCM Cloud system, with Taleo experience being a plus. Your focus will be configuring and updating the HR, Learning, and Compensation modules within HCM Cloud. In this role you will perform configuration updates, analyze new features in HCM Cloud, perform regression testing during upgrades, and provide general support to end-users while continuously looking for opportunities to improve the NFL's HR systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support Oracle HCM Core HR, Compensation, and Learning modules
  • Troubleshoot application issues
  • Draft functional specifications for developers
  • Communicate to and work with managed service provider to implement code changes and configuration updates
  • Perform user acceptance testing
  • Identify and report defects
  • Communicate with and help translate between business, end users, and managed services provider
  • Partner with HRIS director in the maintenance of configuration for supported HR systems including, but not limited to setup, data and process reviews, and audits
  • Serve as a lead on mini-project workstreams
  • Develop test plans for configuration/setup changes
  • Ability to be on-call for production emergency issues during upgrades and payroll processing
  • Maintain HR Security by assigning/removing roles to/from users
  • Develop upgrade test plans upgrade test scripts in conjunction with our managed service partners
  • Evaluate new features as HCM Cloud evolves

  • Bachelor's Degree plus minimum of 5 years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience supporting Core HR for activities such as configuring new departments, job, locations, and grades
  • Experience supporting Taleo, including updating templates
  • Demonstrate experience in understanding business needs and communicating that to technical team
  • Hands on experience working with a managed service vendor
  • Ability to perform user acceptance testing
  • Experience reporting defects
  • Ability to clearly communicate with end business users
  • Maintain HR Security by assigning/removing roles to/from users
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certifications preferred
