The Human Resources Digital Communications Specialist provides design support to provide continuity across multiple domains of employee digital marketing and communications aligned to CSC's Human Resources and Internal Communication brand and digital strategy. This role will work cross-functionally to design an exceptional, cohesive digital marketing & communication platform with the goal of increasing employee engagement, awareness and utilization of employee programs for all of HR.

Responsibilities:

    Deploy a digital marketing and communications strategy utilizing CSC's multiple digital platforms and resources to effectively reach employees across the globe Develop digital assets and web-based user interface focused on making CSC employee programs accessible to employees across the globe Develop employee personas Research, write and produce a variety electronic media in support of communication activities including digital content, videos, presentations, memos, feature articles, working with partners across human resources, including Wellbeing/Benefits, Compensation, Organization Effectiveness, and Talent Acquisition Share regularly with teams and leadership their design expertise and user interface design best practices Research and offer solutions on digital communication configurations and identify opportunities for improvements and new opportunities In partnership with CSC Human Resources organization, focus on employee attraction, retention and engagement


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Design, Communications, Marketing or other related field preferred or equivalent work experience may be considered
  • 3-5 years of related experience in digital communications
  • Proficient in varying digital marketing strategies, including web-based, company intranet, social media, video, emailed communications and more
  • Proficient experience executing digital marketing plans; includes developing the creative assets for use across CSC's digital platforms
  • Proficient in the use of design software
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing
  • Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and broad website concepts
  • Proficient in design thinking methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in Human Resources communications preferred
  • Strong cross-functional teambuilding skills with demonstrated problem solving abilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft SharePoint, as well as Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Self-directed, driven, and enthusiastic
  • Ability to predict organizational needs proactively
