The Marketing Manager is responsible for providing direct support across the country to develop, facilitate, and manage OTF marketing programs with the focus on driving new leads and member retention to our Corporate Owned Studios. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Communicate with other departments including fitness, technology, retail and operations to effectively promote upcoming product launches and initiatives within the Corporate Owned Studios.
Act as extension to all Studio Operations management to establish and maintain an effective and productive Corporate Studio marketing strategy.
Creates and recommends themed events in studio or implements themed events created by the OTF Corporate Marketing Department
Work with internal Marketing department to identify newsworthy initiatives to pitch to both local and regional media; monitor and reviews OTF mentions and media coverage.
Present new marketing campaigns and trainings to assist Corporate Owned Studios in campaign rollout during presale, grand opening, and ongoing marketing initiatives.
Coordinate submission of orders and artwork delivery for monthly marketing campaigns.
Develop and support Corporate Owned Studios marketing events across all regions.
Research and monitor competitor marketing initiatives and industry trends; work with internal Marketing department.
Work with Studios and Region managers to built customize strategy for each studio to drive lead traffic.
Oversee and manage vendor relationships related the marketing.
Training and coach all team members on proper social media tactics.
Work closing with sales team to align on promotions and strategy.
Minimum four (4) years of experience in a Marketing position and/or equivalent industry experience
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing (or related field) preferred
Knowledge of OTF Brand a plus
Knowledge of Fitness Industry a plus
Knowledge of franchise/multi-unit business a plus
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
Advanced MS Office & Outlook Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Well-developed analytical skills
Basic understanding of budgetary concepts and procedures
Ability to prepare and present ideas and recommendations to colleagues and senior management
Flexible and proactive team player
This position will have approximately 30% travel to Corporate Owned Studios as needed, though will be based our of Corporate HQ.
