SUMMARY: The Marketing Cloud Coordinator will manage a variety of responsibilities related to the administration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role will manage segmentation and analysis for all channel campaigns. This role will also be the primary administrator on the advanced Marketing Cloud studios such as Social Studio and Ad Studio focused on building and managing messaging. In addition, the ideal candidate should be an expert in Journey Builder and be very comfortable and effective conducting user training to a diverse range of users. 3 years of combined administrator and/or marketing automation experience required. Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience required. Multiple Business Unit administration preferred. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1.Manage all channels within Marketing Cloud - must integrate this channel management with business understanding for maximum effectiveness. 2.Campaign segmentation and advanced analysis - excellent analytical skills and communication skills required. 3.Journey Builder expertise 4.Social Studio and Ad Studio administrator 5.Ability to identify cross-channel trends and engagement behavior - use software and data to identify trends but also be able to use data to tell a story and make recommendations. 6.Comfort conducting user training - excellent communication, detail oriented and ability to tell stories and engage others. 7.Other duties and special projects as assigned. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, and at least 3 years of CRM, marketing automation or database experience and/or a combination of graduate level education (i.e., MBA) and experience. Other preferences include knowledge of Salesforce products or similar applications, experience with data-driven software programs and a familiarity with business analytics. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret instructions and reports. Ability to write reports and correspondence with extremely high accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from Managers, Clients, Customers, and the general public. Ability to communicate and sell ideas to peers and executives. Ability to create and deliver presentations to all levels of employees and upper management. Must be very well organized and highly self-motivated. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to apply mathematical operations to develop ROI analyses and present reports. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define problems, collect information, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and make recommendations. PROBLEM SOLVING REQUIREMENTS: Must be able, through creative, logical and technical means, to see projects through to completion. Must always take initiative to learn new technology and find solutions for existing challenges. Speak, hear and write COMPUTER SKILLS: This position requires the employee to be familiar with marketing technology products, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Eloqua, Oracle Marketing Cloud etc. The employee must also be proficient in Microsoft Office products, such as Excel, Powerpoint, Word. An interest in emerging platforms and technologies is necessary for success in this position.
