Job Description Position Summary

The Construction Administrative Assistant provides general administrative support for Construction Contract Administration and Project Teams. The position upholds the fulfillment of Life Time's Mission Statement & the divisional goal of being a premier design, build, developer of Life Time facilities.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assists Contract Administration Team with tasks to include: logging, scanning, and filing of contract documents (contracts, change orders, and payment applications)
  • Manages Construction AP inbox with tasks to include: distributing invoices/pay apps for review, responding to payment inquiries
  • Assists with vendor setups
  • Assists with Prolog (construction management software) support and maintenance
  • Assists with miscellaneous projects as needed

Position Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 2 years of experience working in a corporate support environment

Preferred Requirements
  • Construction industry experience
