Social Media is a big part of the role. Social media responsibilities include implementation and monitoring of content strategy across multiple social media platforms for client websites with the responsibility to generate and maintain our social media presence using social network knowledge, relevant content, blogging, real estate industry research and trends, and reporting to demonstrate performance toour management team.
Internet and Marketing support including but not limited to creating flyers, ad and property specific websites, blogs.
Coordination of print and direct mail marketing as well as other traditional marketing efforts.
Marketing utilizing internet and technology and social media/networking
Answer incoming calls
Entering listings into the MLS
Other miscellaneous administration tasks as assigned
