SENIOR SAP FI/CO SOLUTION ARCHITECT & PROJECT MANAGER

Conexus are partnered with a market leading specialty chemicals company to help them grow their SAP team. We are seeking a highly technical Senior SAP FI/CO Solution Architect & Project Manager to set the foundation for a major digital transformation.

The Role

• Responsible as process and application expert to bridge between business processes and business application
• Implement SAP solutions using defined methodologies
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and capture business needs
• Support and lead projects of different scale
• Project management for SAP template rollouts and new solutions
• Manage internal and external project members as well as offshoring resources within the area of responsibility
• Professional implementation of new organizational units
• Designing, implementing and further developing SAP processes

Your experience

• 5-7 years' experience in SAP FI/CO and sound knowledge of financial/controlling processes in an international company
• Ideally, experience in global SAP rollouts
• Solid business process knowledge and understanding of the business drivers
• Effective cross-functional project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Leads in global environment- experience working on larger landscapes with multiple company codes in different regions
• Action oriented and drives for results demonstrates deep understanding of customer expectations and end user needs
• Encourages thoughtful risk taking to advantage innovation comes up with a lot of new and unique ideas
• ability to influence and position new ideas, initiatives, and innovations; tends to be original and value-added in brainstorming settings
• Fluent in English (German would be of great advantage)
