Position Mission: Our success hinges on our commitment and ability to enable our partners to "play forever" and make sports happen in their communities. As LeagueApps rapidly grows, we are seeking an intern to help us with key partner-related activities to ensure programs are successfully launched and managed. As a Customer Success intern, you will have the unique vantage point of being able to work on initiatives across the team to help drive the best customer experience possible. We want our partners to rave about our products and services and tell other organizations about LeagueApps, in part because of you! Responsibilities: -Support the Customer Success team in partner activation activities -Execute tasks required for ongoing partner support -Support the design and execution of various partner education and engagement strategies -Assist in tracking key department metrics -Play a key role in improving the overall customer experience Requirements: -Love technology, startups and sports -Entrepreneurial mindset, with the willingness to roll up your sleeves to deliver the best customer experience possible -Self-starter who can work independently, with a desire to own specific deliverables or projects -Creative problem solver with a detail-oriented mindset -Good verbal and written communication skills -Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and / or Keynote required. HTML, CSS and Photoshop skills preferred -Desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment -Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university Details: -Internship may be full-time or part-time (minimum of 3 days per week) -Hours: Between 9:00am and 6:00pm, with flexibility around the hours worked -Season: School year -Office Location: 38 West 21st Street, New York, NY 10010
